DRAE was built for Squarespace 7.1. Buuuuttt, the good news is you don't need to be an expert to use it. If you're starting from scratch the base flows inside each system give you a complete starting point so you're never staring at a blank page. You pick the sections you need, save them to your library, and build from there. And if you get stuck AIndrae is there to walk you through it step by step. A Squarespace subscription is required separately.

That's what the VIP Day is for. 4 focused hours with one of our dedicated designers building your site together using the DRAE system. You bring the vision. She brings the expertise. You leave with a site that actually looks like where you're going. Core membership required. If we don't finish within the 4 hours or you need more time, you'll be invoiced for any additional hours needed to complete the project.

DRAE Core is licensed for personal use on your own site only. If you want to use DRAE for client sites the Extended License is available to Enterprise members. Enterprise launches September 17th.

AIndrae (Dre) lives directly inside your DRAE membership portal as a built-in chat assistant. He's trained specifically on the DRAE system — the sections, the code snippets, the palettes — so his answers are always specific to what you actually have access to. We believe in using AI as a tool, not a replacement for real human support. Dre knows how to stay in his lane. If your question needs a human he'll escalate it, and you can expect a response within 24 - 48 business hours.

Yes. Expansion is a monthly add-on to Core — it adds to the library you already have. You need Core first.

DRAE was built exclusively for Squarespace 7.1. The modular section saving feature that makes DRAE work doesn't exist in 7.0 — so the library won't function the way it was designed to. The good news is upgrading from 7.0 to 7.1 is free inside Squarespace. If you're not sure which version you're on or how to upgrade, Dre can walk you through it.
